A4: Yes, we can support OEM & ODM service, the process of customization is following:

1) Provide your specific requirements.

2) Our design engineer draw the design draft.

3) You confirm the design draft.

4) We start produce it.

Q5: Can you update memory and storage of mini pc?

A5: We can install different memory and storage according your requirements.We also can sell barebone system(no memory, no storage), but we suggest you buy with memory and storage, then our technical group will solve all software problem, you can use it directly after received it.

Q6: Can you print my logo on mini pc?
A6:We can print your logo on Mini PC and on package if you send us the artwork of logo.

Q7:  Can you brush our logo in BIOS?

A7: Yes, we can brush your LOGO in BIOS for free, but you need to provide us your logo picture.

Q8: Can you make the BIOS setting for my order? For example, setting the “Restore AC Power Loss” to be “Power On” in BIOS?

A8: Yes, we can make the BIOS settings as you need for free, thanks.

Q9: Can you install operation system before delivery?
A9:We can pre-install Windows7/Wondows8/Windows10/Windows11/Linux/
Ubuntu…system according your requirements before shipping.You can use mini pc directly when you received mini pc.

Q10: You have other models that can meet my requirements?
A10:We have more than 100 designs,each design have many different CPU,different memory. different storage can meet different requirements. If you have not see the suitable model or do not know which model suitable,you can let us know where you use, then our technical group can recommend you the most suitable.

Q11: How long is the warranty period?

A11: All products purchased from our company have a warranty period of 3 year from the date of delivery. (Non-artificial damages). And we will provide free repairs, but the parts that need to be replaced will be charged.

Q12: When my order will be ready for ship?
A12:We normally can prepare sample order within 3 days,5–8 days for 200 pieces order.8–15 days for 500 pieces order.models. 

Q13: Which shipppping company will ship my package?
A13: We normally ship packages by DHL/UPS/Fedex/EMS/TNT/ARAMEX/SF/OCS/ DPEX express or by flight.If you have shipping agent in China,we can freely ship to your agent address.

Q14: Can you value lower in commercial invoice to help me pay lower for custom tax?

A15:We test very long time carefully before and after install, normally customers have software problem, we can offer online technical support first,if our technical confirmed hardware problem,we will help our customers to repair the mini pc.

A16:We welcome our customers because our agent in their market.We will offer special discount for our agent,we will recommend customers from agent market to our agent.And we need our agent purchase more than 20 pieces from our company each month.

Q17: Can you offer technical support and training for my project?
A7:If you have big project,we can offer free technical support online,if your project is very big and complicated,we even can send our techancian consultant to your address to offer face to face guidance.
